Val has been practicing as a licensed therapist since 2006. Through her experience, she'd incorporated alternative treatments to help her work more wholistically with her clients. 

Val combines traditional psychotherapy with Reiki, intuitive practices, sound healing, and other modalities. 

Val is a Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master and a member of the Reiki Membership Association.
